Comprehensive Guide to Cold Room Panels: Features, Specifications, and Applications
6 July 2024Cold Storage Rooms
6 July 2024Hinged doors are insulated and airtight elements that play a critical role in maintaining constant temperatures in cold rooms.
Features of Cold Room Doors
All our doors are of high quality, functional, and have an aesthetic structure.
All our doors can be locked from the outside. The hinges are of the rising type.
Even if the door is locked, there is a fluorescent anti-panic handle that can be opened from the inside.
The surface sheet of our doors is polyester-coated on standard galvanized plating.
Polyurethane with a density of 42kg/m³ (+-2%) is injected between the two sheets in the door leaf.
Aluminum profiles and silicone-based bulb gaskets fitted into these profiles are used on the door edges.
Sliding Cold Room Doors
General Features
The sliding cold room door has a frame made of PVC plastic and aluminum parts combined. Our sliding cold room doors are equipped with a heavy-duty aluminum rail. Reinforced, large-diameter ball bearings ensure smooth rotation of the wheels. The leaf surface is coated with galvanized steel powder, industrial paint in RAL9002 artic white color.

Hinged Cold Room Doors
General Features of Hinged Cold Room Doors
Hinged cold room doors, designed and manufactured according to the demands of cold storage and the food industry, are produced with polyurethane foam technology, with plates coated with stainless steel or polyester, and have a thickness of 60-120 mm depending on the door types. In all cases, the doors have a PVC frame structure and are equipped with a threshold embedded below floor level and internal heating within the cold storage temperature range. Smaller doors and doors used in the medium temperature range are equipped with a frame that covers the panel opening, which is very easy to place and is also suitable for closing the cold room panel. Therefore, when installing the door, there is no need for a counter frame or for closing the panel later.

Cold Room Bar Doors
Bar doors have a high quality, functional, and aesthetic structure.
Frame
Can be mounted on panels and walls.
Leaf
The door leaves can open 90 degrees in both directions and, if necessary, remain always open. The door leaf is produced by injecting polyurethane with a density of 42kg/m³ (+-2%) between the two sheets. The leaf thickness of bar doors is 40 mm.
Surface Sheet
In standard productions, both sides of the leaf are polyester sheets. Optionally, it can be made of PVC and CRNI, and some standard colors can be produced for PVC surfaces.
Hinge
The hinges used in the production of the doors comply with standards.
Dimensions
Double-leaf bar doors are produced with a net passage of 1200 x 2000 mm as standard. Single-leaf bar doors are produced with a net passage of 700 x 1700 mm as standard. Special sizes can be produced upon request.
